This free No Purchase Necessary instant win prize draw (“Promotion”) is to win one (1) pair of general admission tickets to the 2024 BST Hyde Park Festival.

The Promotion is open to residents of the Great Britain (GB) and aged 18yrs or over.

Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, participants need to fill in an entry form and submit their details.

A person whose name is identified on the mode of entry (“Entrant”) must be ordinarily resident in and visiting the Promotion microsite from an eligible and participating location (which comprises Great Britain) Region, country, and IP address blocking is enforced for anyone trying to access the Promotion microsite outside of Great Britain.

Maximum of one entry per person per email address per day. Maximum one Main prize per household. Anyone found trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Promoter believes in responsible consumption of its products and does not endorse the purchasing of more product than can reasonably be used or consumed in order to participate in this Promotion.

The promotional period runs from 00:01 (UK BST) on the 1st June 2024 (the opening date) until 23:59 (UK BST) 9th June 2024 (the closing date).

Any entries received outside of these times and dates will not be entered into this Promotion.

Entrants take part in a winning moment (instant win) promotion.

Entrants who provide valid details, will be deemed as an eligible entrant. The following details must be provided:

Winners will be allocated at random from all complete, accurate and eligible entries throughout the competition period. There will be Nine (9) random winning moments during the competition period.

All prizes are guaranteed to be won provided there are an adequate number of entries to exceed the quantity of prizes.

Entrants will be notified immediately whether they have won after providing relevant entry details.

The winners will receive their prize (one (1) pair of BST Hyde Park general admission tickets), at least a week before the date of the event they have won tickets for. The winners do not have a choice as to which event date they win a pair of tickets for, they will be allocated the tickets as below:

Prize types will be allocated in the order mentioned above. Winners do not have the right to request a specific prize type.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of the prizes) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the winners are not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be transferred their prize via the AXS app at least a week before the event date they won tickets for, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prizes where applicable.

Details of the prize winners’ names will be available for three months after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out above and stating the name and date of the Promotion. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available or request that disclosure be limited in scope they should write to the Promoter at the address set out above. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

Prize is a pair of (general admission) tickets to one of the days of the 2024 BST Hyde Park festival event:

Winners need to install the AXS App on their mobile phone device and have an account set up with AXS in order to receive their tickets to the event date they won.

Winners will receive their pair of tickets via ticket transfer in the AXS app. Tickets will appear in the 'Transferred' tab in the 'Your Events' section of the AXS app at least a week before the event date the tickets were won. Any issues with tickets not appearing or winner needs support with their prize they will need to contact the promotional agent managing the prizes at VolvicUK@freuds.com

Winners will also need to download the BST Hyde Park App, this is required for entry and uses a unique, rotating barcode to ensure your ticket is valid and impossible to screenshot.

All expenses, travel and other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from home to the location, gratuities, meals, insurance or other travel expenses, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.

If this Promotion is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law).

Entries must not be made through agents or third parties or any automated entry software or any other means which allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Any correspondence entered into is at the discretion of the Promoter. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
