TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

WHO MAY ENTER

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (UK) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI) only, who are 18 years old or over, with the exception of employees and the immediate families and agents of Nutricia Limited t/a Danone UK or any of its subsidiary of affiliated companies, members of the immediate families or households of such employees, and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to require entrants to prove they are eligible to enter the Promotion. If a winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.

HOW TO ENTER

Purchase is necessary (UK only) to enter this Promotion; access to the internet, a valid email address) and entering contact details is required.

To enter the Promotion, entrants must scan the QR code from a promotional Volvic product (using mobile phone camera), which will take the entrant to the webapp.

The participant will be required to confirm the country they are ordinarily resident in, scan their purchased bottle and barcode (UK only), then enter their contact details including first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number and confirmation of being 18 years or older, which are required to enter.

Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

UK: Purchase of a promotional pack of Volvic is necessary in order to participate in the promotion. Entrants will be required to scan the bottle and on-pack barcode with their mobile device as proof to validate entry. ROI: Purchase of a promotional pack of Volvic is not necessary in order to participate in the promotion.

Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted

A person whose name is identified on the mode of entry (“Entrant”) must be ordinarily resident in and visiting the Promotion microsite from an eligible and participating country (which comprises the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland). Region, country, and IP address blocking is enforced for anyone trying to access the Promotion microsite outside of these countries.

Maximum of one (1) entry per person, per email address, per day across the Main Promotional Period and only one (1) entry per person, per email address for the Wrap Up Draw. Anyone found trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Promoter believes in responsible consumption of its products and does not endorse the purchasing of more product than can reasonably be used or consumed in order to participate in this Promotion.

The use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Promotion consists of two promotion periods:

Main Promotional Period: runs from 01:29 (BST) on 20th April 2026 (opening date) until 23:59 (BST) on 30th September 2026 (closing date).

Wrap-Up Draw Period: Following the end of the Main Promotional Period, any prizes that remain unawarded will be re-allocated into a Wrap-Up Draw alongside a minimum of 903 prizes. The Wrap-Up Draw will run from 00:01 (GMT) on 1st October 2026 (opening date) until 23:59 (GMT) on 31st December 2026 (closing date).

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Prize: two thousand, six hundred and twenty-three (2,623) total prizes available to be won within 90-minute intervals during the Main Promotion Period.

Entrants take part in a winning moment promotion, whereby the person entering either on or just after each winning moment will win the prize. Winning moments (days, hours, minutes, and seconds) will be randomly selected in advance by a secure, independently verified computer programme. The first valid entry received on or after each winning moment allocated for each 90-minute slot will be deemed the winner of the corresponding prize. If no valid entry is received at the exact time of a winning moment, the prize will be awarded to the next valid entry received thereafter.

Entrants who provide valid details and answer the required questions when entering, will be deemed as an eligible entrant. These are as follows:

Winners will be selected at random from all complete, correct and eligible entries at ninety (90) minute intervals.

Each ninety (90) minute intervals are valid between 00:00 and 00:00 (24 hrs), Monday to Sunday during the Promotion Period (each a “Winner Selection”).

Within each ninety (90) minute internal one (1) winner will be randomly selected. There will be a total of sixteen (16) random winner selections that take place each day during the Main Promotion Period.

Each entrant will be eligible for entry to the next Winner Selection following the time at which they enter the Promotion pursuant to paragraphs 15 and 17.

If no one enters during a pre-allocated winning moment within one of the 90-minute intervals, then the winning moment will roll over to the next 90-minute interval and the next entrant who enters in that 90-minute interval will win the prize.

If there are no entries on a complete day during the Main Promotional Period, prizes will queue and roll over to the next day/90-minute interval, up until the Main Promotion Period closing date, awaiting the time an entrant enters and the prizes are won.

Any prizes not claimed during the Main Promotion Period will be entered into a Wrap-Up Draw. Entrants can enter the Wrap-Up Draw (subject to purchase of a further product in UK). Winners will be selected at random from all complete, correct and eligible entries after the Wrap-Up Draw Period has closed. Scanning of a participating Volvic product with a mobile device will still be required to enter the draw (UK only).

All prizes are guaranteed to be won provided there are an adequate number of entries to exceed the quantity of prizes.

Entrants will be notified immediately whether they have won after providing relevant entry details.

Winners are required to submit their prize claim within a seven (7) day period, from the date on which the winner received their ‘winner’ notification during entry. Winners will also be contacted by email 48 hours after their win allocation, using the email address provided by the winner at time of entering. This will be the winner's prize claim reminder email. Any failure by the Promoter to notify the winners within this timeframe shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter.

If a prize claim is being made through the prize claim reminder email, the winners claim must be submitted through the provided URL within the reminder email. Any failure to do this by the winner, or failure to complete a prize claim within seven (7) days of receiving the prize confirmation email, shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter of possible loss of prize allocation.

If the winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of their win time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner that enters the promotion, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.

If any e-mails to the winners are returned as undeliverable / a winner refuses or is unable to provide an eligible bank details or an eligible postal address for receipt of their prize within seven (7) days of their win time during the Main Promotion Period, the promoter reserves the right to include the prize unclaimed by that winner in the Wrap Up Draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of the prizes) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prize where applicable.

Details of the prize winners’ names will be available for three months after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out above and stating the name and date of the Promotion. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available or request that disclosure be limited in scope they should write to the Promoter at the address set out above. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

WRAP UP DRAW

There will be a minimum of 876 prizes for the Wrap Up Draw, plus any unclaimed prizes from the Main Promotion.

The Wrap Up Draw will draw 876 x winners at random for the prizes, plus draw additional winners at random in respect of any unclaimed prizes from the Main Promotion after the Wrap Up Draw Period has closed.

The winners will be notified no later than two weeks after winning the prize by email (at the email address provided at the time of entry).

The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

The prizes will be sent to the winners as follows:

For cash prizes, by bank transfer to bank details provided by the winner.

For footballs, by post to the postal address provided on entry. This will be delivered no later than eight weeks after the address of the winner has been confirmed, subject to timeframes of third party supplier of the footballs.

If any e-mails to the winners are returned as undeliverable / a winner refuses or is unable to provide an eligible bank details or an eligible postal and contact address for receipt of their prize within seven (7) days of their win, they forfeit their prize.

The promoter reserves the right to either conduct a further random draw or select an alternative winner to award their prize to another participant.

CASH PRIZES

Each cash prize will be issued in the currency of country the winner is ordinarily resident in to the value of the cash prize confirmed in the on-page and email win notification.

The winner should be aged 18 or over and hold a UK or Irish bank account.

Winners will be contacted via email and sent a separate secure link to provide their banking information (name, sort code and account number).

Payments will be actioned within twenty eight (28) days of the winner uploading their banking information.

Any information supplied incorrectly by the winner may result in the prize being re-allocated in accordance with these terms and conditions. Winners should provide information with care and diligence.

Each winner is also responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities incurred in claiming or using the prize.

Each prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part.

NIKE FOOTBALL PRIZES

The Nike football prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Nike which can be found at Footballs | Nike Training & Match Footballs. Nike UK. Any complaints or questions relating to the use of a prize should be directed to Nike. The Promoter reserves the right to switch the provider of the football prize subject to availability.

By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to publish or make available your surname and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ surname and country of residence will be available on request, for 3 months after the winners are announced by sending a request to Nutricia Limited t/a Danone UK, Newmarket Avenue, Whitehorse Business Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 0XG. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing INSERT. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that each prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that neither the promoter nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prizes.

LIABILITY:

The Promoter does not exclude or limit its liability for any matter for which it would be illegal to exclude or attempt to exclude liability, including for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters and any other matters for which it cannot, under English law, exclude or limit its liability. References to the "Promoter" include all associated companies, agents, or third parties involved in the Promotion.

Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be liable for:

Any cancellation, modification, or postponement of the Promotion due to events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;

Changes to prizes or their availability;

Issues related to the dispatch or delivery of prizes (e.g., prizes not reaching the winner due to incorrect delivery information or postal delays);

Any costs, taxes, fees, or other expenses related to the prizes that winners may need to cover;

Acts or omissions of any third-party suppliers involved in the Promotion. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt, or processing of your entry.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical, network, hardware, or software failures that may affect the sending, receipt, or processing of entries.

If the Promotion is disrupted or unable to run as planned due to events beyond the Promoter's control, including but not limited to computer viruses, technical failures, or tampering, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, or to disqualify any affected entries, subject to applicable law.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Any correspondence entered into is at the discretion of the Promoter. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.

Entries made through agents, third parties, or automated means will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will not be counted. If it is found that an entrant has used software or any other automated method to repeatedly enter, that entrant will be disqualified, and any awarded prize will be void.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. If the Promoter suspects that an entrant has engaged in cheating, deception, or fraudulent conduct, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Promotion, wholly or in part, at its sole discretion, if the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to unauthorised human intervention, fraud, or technical failures.

The Promoter is not responsible for any losses, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as supplier defaults, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact the Promotion or the delivery of prizes.

Any entrant who attempts to undermine the Promotion or engage in behaviour that is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion, such as tampering, hacking, or using unfair practices, will be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion. If such actions significantly impair the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to take appropriate measures to ensure the fairness and integrity of the Promotion.

By entering in this promotional offer, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy available at www.volvic.co.uk/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotional offer. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed by the Promoter to a third party unless for the purpose of servicing / implementing the Promotion and prizes. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to Data subject rights request | Danone By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions.

Personal data which is provided by entrants on entering the Promotion will be processed and stored in a joint database accessed by the Promoter and any third party appointed for the purpose of managing entries to the Promotion. By providing personal information, entrants consent to the processing and storage of personal information by the Promoter for this purpose.

By entering the Promotion, the winners agree to the processing of their personal data by any appointed third party for this purpose. All data will be handled in accordance with any appointed third party’s privacy policy, to be shared with all prize winners.

GENERAL

There is no cash alternative to the prizes, and prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for other items or benefits. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

If the fulfilment of the Promotion or any prize is delayed or affected due any resulting government restrictions, affected entrants will be notified and kept informed of any unavoidable changes to the Promotion or prizes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

Mitre is not connected or otherwise associated with this Promotion and the provision of the prize does not imply endorsement by the promoter of Mitre or any other third parties concerned in any way with the Promotion. Any complaints or queries relating to the use of the prize should be directed to Mitre.
